Join me for a weekend of yoga, meditation, and community building! We will spend a weekend in the woods creating a sacred space to nourish our capacity for healing, exploring the practice of hope without attaching to expectations, and cultivating belief in our own strength through resilience.

The retreat includes the following:

3 Full Asana Practices
Meditation
Additional nourishing practices/sessions TBA
Free time for hiking or exploring other nearby attractions Saturday night bonfire
