Come learn how to make origami in celebration of mothers and mother figures! Origami artists Michiko Okuma, Chie Takahashi, and Naoko Kamioka will show you how. All materials are provided and you’ll come away with an enriched understanding and appreciation for origami, as well as beautiful paper art to take home.

Paper art you can make includes a flower pot with bee and a medal!

This event is free to all and recommended for anyone 4 and up. Registration is not required but registering for the event will help us get a read on how much material to prepare and will enable you to easily import the event to your calendar or invite friends!

This is a first come, first served, drop-in style event, which means you can arrive any time between 2 and 3:30 to do the activity. We recommend waiting to arrive until well after the event has started to reduce your waiting time.
