STRNG Summer Bootcamp is a challenging and fun workout that incorporates a combination of cardio, strength, and mobility training exercises. You can expect a variety of exercises that target total body strength. Workouts include bodyweight and resistance-based exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, and jumping jacks (to name a few). Using equipment like resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, or dumbbells to add resistance and variety to your workouts.
Designed to push participants both physically and mentally.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Our classes have a supportive and motivating team atmosphere. Participants work together and encourage one another, creating a sense of camaraderie, community, and accountability.
